Missing Friendship Rewards: Reclaiming Level Gifts

Who the change is for

The announcement covers an already-reached friendship level whose corresponding reward was not received. That is different from being below the required level, giving a character the wrong present, or trying to obtain an ending.

Keep a backup, update the game, then revisit the affected character’s friendship and reward information. The official note does not specify a universal claim-button label or navigation path, so use the interface shown in your build rather than following an invented menu sequence.

Check these details before restarting

1. Confirm the game has finished updating to v1.0.5 or later.
2. Identify the character and the already-reached friendship level.
3. Compare the displayed reward with what was actually received.
4. Check the available reward interaction in your current game.
5. If it remains unavailable, report the character, level, version, language and a screenshot of the reward state.

A separate working save lets you report the problem without overwriting the route you were trying to recover.

Level rewards are not gift preferences

The same patch mentions refinements to character gift-related content, but does not give a gift-preference database or point values. Do not treat this change as proof of a particular “best gift,” a newly required trust level, or a new ending condition.

The character index retains the different English spellings used by the store and achievement records. The route guide keeps ending requirements separate from public relationship milestones.

Keep the missing reward distinct from the roadmap

This released reclaim improvement is not the planned Reunion After Story or free Art Collection DLC. Those have their own roadmap entry. No launch of those planned features is established by the v1.0.5 change list.
